[London, 3 July 2023] McLemore Konschnik LLP has supported Nick Hungerford, co-founder of Nutmeg, an online investment management service, in obtaining US charitable qualification for the Elizabeth’s Smile Foundation. Elizabeth’s Smile was founded in 2022 by Nick and Nancy Hungerford to help the millions of children who will lose a parent to terminal illness. Elizabeth’s Smile is inspired by their daughter, Elizabeth.
As its website explains, the Foundation “empowers grieving children to build resilience and cope with their grief in healthy and meaningful ways…[and]…work[s] to ensure that [its] research and products are accessible to all who need them.” The Foundation “exists to remind children they are not alone and that it is ok to be a child, to smile while one also grieves.”
